Cancellation Policy

Scope of Services: The scope of the coaching services to be provided will be determined based on mutual agreement between the Coach and the Client during the initial consultation. Term of Agreement: This Contract shall commence on the date of signing and is valid for one year from that date unless terminated or renewed as per the terms of this Contract. Fee: The fee for coaching services is outlined in the attached fee schedule. Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of services. Session Policy: Late Policy: If the Client is more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled session, the session will be considered canceled, and the cancellation fee will apply. - Cancellation Fee: A $25 cancellation fee will be charged if a session is not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. - Missed or Rescheduled Sessions: Any missed or rescheduled session must be rescheduled within 60 days, or it will be forfeited. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential. Coach will not disclose any information without the Client's written consent, except as required by law. Non-Disclosure: Non-Disclosure: Client agrees not to disclose any proprietary information or materials provided by the Coach to any third party without the Coach's written consent. Indemnity: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Coach from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the coaching services provided. Limitation of Liability: The coach is not legally responsible for any business losses, monetary, or any other damages resulting from the coaching services provided.
